2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website www.alo-yogaofficial.com Each product is presented with a descriptive sheet. The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the delivered product.

3. Price

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer receives a confirmation email after validation of their order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or in the event of non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made online by credit card via a secure payment platform (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). The Seller does not store any banking data.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Estimated delivery between 7 and 10 working days , depending on the destination

  • The Customer will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped.

  • Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering

The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays due to transport services.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

At Alo Yoga , we go further:
🌀 Returns are free within 60 days of receipt of the package.

To return a product:

  1. Send a request to contact@aloyogaofficial.com

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by email

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 days after receipt of the return.

8. Availability of products

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website. In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if necessary.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantees provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, in particular:

  • Guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code)

  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of transport, strike, or unavailability of the product.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy The Client has the right to access, modify and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

13. Disputes – Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to international law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably.
